It all began about 4 months ago...I started JuMpInG to make Aiden, and Natalie happy. There was a day that both of my children woke up on the way wrong side of the bed, and needed a change in attitude..I have no idea what sparked the idea to just jump up and down...but, it worked. My kids laughed hysterically and since then I have been jumping daily to make Natalie happy, and of course trampoline jumping with Aiden.
There is something so lite and refreshing...something very innocent, and child-like in jumping. And, though I am not a psychologist I swear SOMETHING is released in our brain that just makes us happy when we jump!
My jumping turned into a part of my daily exercise routine..I added little hand weights, and just incorporated different things with jumping...Aiden loves when it is "jumping time." However, my jumping stopped about 2-3 weeks ago, and only began again last night. This girl is glad to be JUMPING again :-)
So, jump some today...just do it. Right there, where you are...jump up& down for a few minutes. I promise your kids will laugh and think you are just hilarious..and I also promise you will just feel good. When all else fails JUMP.
